RES-Q® Labor Resource Management provides department-wide tracking of workload volumes and performance indicators, supporting any user-defined unit of service. RES-Q’s Staffing Simulation Screen™ compares staff requirements and available personnel by skill level across all departments and enables you to simulate staffing scenarios to determine both the clinical and financial consequences of your decisions. RES-Q is designed to accept any workload management system: the one you have today, or the one you plan for tomorrow.

RES-Q calculates required staffing for each department by translating your workload standards into skill level specific staffing patterns. The Staffing Simulation Screen displays the clinical and financial impact of each staffing decision prior to the next shift.
