Customers that agree to receive Promotional marketing, Abandoned cart, Education, Password reset and Delivery notification messaging from Res-Q, do so with the understanding that message and data rates may apply, and that message frequency may vary. The customers' consent to receive the above mentioned messaging is not required as a condition of purchasing goods or services from Res-Q. Abandoned cart reminders will be sent within 48 hours and be limited to one SMS per unique cart. Text the word HELP at any time for additional support or contact us by email at [email protected] or at https://www.res-q.com/contact or by phone at 800-262-5483. Text the word STOP at any time to stop receiving messaging from Res-Q.

Shipping Limitations
