We've both been using ActiFLEX for five or six years...it has helped my old athlete knees to be more flexible. And for me, ActiFLEX always does the trick keeping my joints flexible.

Unfortunately, over 50 years ago, I had a major car accident shortly after I was married. I was rear-ended and went into another car and hurt my L5 in my back very seriously. I chose not to use surgery, but instead went into chiropractic care and staying holistic. I've used that for many, many years. As I got older, the chiropractor helped, but there was some pain that was there. So, I decided I would try the ActiFLEX and see what it did. Initially, I took the three tablets a day, and in a relatively short period of time, uh, my back started feeling much better. So, over the years now I found that I can reduce it and have gone from three down to two, then on one, on a daily basis. And only when, um, I have some really serious pain because maybe I did too much in my yard. I still do a lot of gardening in my yard and landscaping things. And uh, I, I would, I would take multiple tablets at that time. But other than that, I'm taking one a day. I think it is just a fantastic product and I hope you can use it.

I had some pain and increased swelling after workouts or running, and I noticed after taking some other supplements that I really didn't feel that much of an effect. Then I switched over to Res-Q ActiFLEX, and the swelling had gone down. I get more flexibility in my knee joints now. As I continue to take it, it really maintains. When I workout, I don't really have the pain or swelling afterward. I think it's a really good product. It's definitely helped my knee joints become more flexible. As I age and continue to do my workouts, It's helped me substantially. I think the ingredients in it are pure and It's much better than the products that I've been using before.

I started using ActiFLEX over the past six months and I've noticed a big difference in how my joints and my muscles feel after exercising. I add this to the GlycoMarine and the omega-3s, and it's made a big difference in the way I feel.

The Actiflex is great with Glycoplus. It solved my knee pain and stiffness. The pain comes back if I forget to take it. I highly recommend it.
