I turned 50 in March and suddenly I can't sleep through the night anymore. I use ResQ products for my cholesterol and I am getting great results, so I thought I'd give Niva PM a try. I go to sleep and only wake up at 5am for 1 bio break and then I'm back to sleep till 8:30am. Love it!! My only problem is I'm slightly groggy in the morning, but feel fully rested. I am an older insomniacs with aches & pains that would wake me multiple times a night. I have tried SO many things without success. I complained to my brother and he gave me a bottle and told me to try it. It worked!!! I was really disappointed to find the bottle empty tonite ( which is why I am awake and writing this.)The price is a little high for me, but the good nights sleep is worth it.

I was lying awake for an hour before finally going to sleep. I woke up about an hour and a half later and couldn’t go back to sleep. My sleep came in naps all day. I tried niva pm. What a great product! I now fall asleep in about 20 minutes and sleep through the night. In fact, I sleep later than I have in years.
