I recently purchased this with Mega Acai. I am aware of the benefits of red wine, and in the past I've tried to get into a consistent habit of drinking red wine, but I never seemed to keep up with drinking it consisitently. I have used Resveratrol for many years, one of the benefits I found is it helps my Arthritis, especially in my shoulders, before taking resveratrol I couldn't get a dental exam without making them upright the chair during the exam a few times because of shoulder pain, now it is not an issue..
