good fiber

My friend is an incredible baker of gluten-free foods. One of her gf bread recipes calls for psyllium fiber powder, and I take the LandnSea capsules so I ordered the Powder to give it a try. It worked well. It's neutral in taste so you don't know it's in there. It holds moisture and helps the texture, plus I like knowing I'm getting more fiber in my diet. Works nicely in smoothies, too.

Put it on my cereal

I put Res-Q Land 'n' Sea Fiber and O3 MAX on my cereal. Earlier this week, I had a colonoscopy, and I hadn't had one in five years, and all I have is just one polyp and nothing to worry about. I attribute a lot of the good things about my health to the Res-Q products.

My problems with my digestive system are a little too gross to document so I''l just say this: I used Land &SF for a few years, then went to an OTC product like Metamucil to save money. That seemed to work but along the way I needed to clean myself with something called "Balneol" , a cleansing lotion "for anal... discomfort" (We'll leave it at that). Now, I went back to land and sea and I clearly see what I was missing. The feeling of cleanliness down there is amazing. I no longer need the cream, either. Completely regular. Hard to describe all of its benefits, but if you try it, you will see!

This product works wonders with stomach and digesting problems due to lack of fiber in diet. Works better if taking before eating meals, or take in the morning. Been using the products from this company since 2003, when Tim S. was on the show with Gunther on WAEB.

This is a very good fiber supplement product that contains not just psyllium seed husks, but also sea kelp. I have tried other fiber supplements on the market and I come back to this Res-Q product - it is the best. Mixes well with juice and tastes just fine.

I love that it is a no sugar added, product, I don't think there is another product like it . I put it on my cereal in the morning and it keeps me full all day so it not only keeps me regular but it helps me loose weight as well. I love this product !!

I have been using this product for probably 6 to 8 years. I feel so much better and the results are perfect for me. I do take more than the recommended dosage. I am sure that it has also helped to keep my weight under control. They usually have a special or sale on the product when I order which I always must take advantage of

Can't live without my Res-q fiber!

I have been taking this product for the past 5 years. I only use a half a scoop and I put it in my OJ or on my oatmeal every morning. I no longer have "potty" issues at ALL. Fabulous product and I wouldn't trust any other brand.
