Best Magnesium Supplement Around....

When I heard about the benefits of magnesium and how our bodies need it, I tried another brand and it was good. When I tried Res-q Magnesium, the result was much more pronounced. I had much more stamina when working out compared to the other brands supplement. Check with your doctor and they recommend you take Magnesium, definitely go with Res-Q. Even though I usually prefer supplements in capsule form, this Magnesium tablet has a much higher dose and has been easy on the stomach. I try to take it 1hr before a workout so it has time to be digested a bit.

Overall pain gone after 6 weeks

I've tried 3 other forms of Magnesium to lessen overall osteoarthritis pain and stiffness. RESQ's product has been the most effective, I notice a lack of that pain after taking them for about 6 weeks. It's now 2 months and I've not felt this good in years.

Since I've started taking Res-Q MG my foot & leg cramps have almost diminished. I take two at bedtime and am no longer waking up with bad cramps (like when your foot keeps pointing). Res-Q products are worth the price, I've bought magnesium in the stores and they never helped like this. Recommend to everyone!
