I use Res-Q PM every night. When you wake up you feel good and refreshed. It's got a very pleasant taste that I really like. The Res-Q PM is very, very good. I used to take a prescription medication for sleep and as Dr. Lebby said, it was effective except I'd wake up groggy. And that's not good. But, with the Res-Q PM, I don't wake up groggy at all. I wake up refreshed and alert.
