Men’s Health

June is Men’s Health Month and men need to be aware of the common health threats that they can experience as they age. Don’t ignore symptoms or try to tough it out. It’s never worth ignoring problems when most health threats are largely preventable with natural solutions. According to menshealthmonth.org, studies show that women go to the doctor twice as much as men, which is evidence of men ignoring their health problems.* Men need to visit the doctor, break unhealthy habits, and do their best to consume the right vitamins and nutrients for a healthy body into the golden years.

Many major health risks that men face are diseases that can affect anyone – heart disease, stroke, diabetes, cancer, depression, etc. But, men also deal with unique issues like prostate cancer and prostate enlargement.* Many of these common diseases can be prevented with regular exercise, a good diet, reducing stress, not smoking, and lowering alcohol consumption. Going for regular checkups and getting irregularities tested should also become a habit. However, there are a few health concerns that need to be highlighted, as there are unique situations that can go unnoticed before problems become severe.

Low Testosterone

Low testosterone is prevalent in men over the age of 40 and can start to decline in their late 20s and 30s. These low levels often go unnoticed with many men experiencing no symptoms whatsoever. However, there are symptoms to look out for and include:

  • Low sex drive
  • Decreased erectile function
  • Hot flushes or sweats

There are other symptoms, but many are also a sign of numerous other ailments. Some of these include decreased energy or motivation, feelings of depression, poor concentration, an increased feeling of drowsiness, plus a reduction in muscle mass. Now, there are several testosterone treatments, but Res-Q is able to offer natural solutions.

Res-Q Natural Male is Res-Q’s leading testosterone support. Plus, It can help support muscle mass, improve mood and energy levels, improve bone health, and protect the heart.

Res-Q PrimeRx was formulated to address lower testosterone levels, performance issues, enlarged prostate symptoms, lack of energy, decreased muscle mass, negative mood changes, and a diminished ability to cope with stress.

Prostate Issues

It is very common for men over 50 to struggle with symptoms of an enlarged prostate. A small amount of prostate enlargement is present in many men over age 40, but by age 50 about half of all men have begun to develop an enlarged prostate. It is found in more than 90 percent of men over age 80. The prostate is a walnut-sized gland found just below the bladder, surrounding part of the urethra, the canal that empties the bladder. When the prostate becomes enlarged, which commonly occurs for many men as they age, it may put pressure on the urethra and either interfere with urination or cause the need to frequently urinate.

Res-Q Super Prostate may be used by men proactively before symptoms occur and also to help improve prostate health. It helps to reduce the size of an enlarged prostate, improves related symptoms such as urinary flow and volume, and decreases the frequent need for urination.
