Res-Q Healthline Show Heart Health

Keeping a healthy cholesterol level can be complicated. Your body actually needs cholesterol to complete basic functions, but too much cholesterol can lead to heart disease and stroke. There are several types of cholesterol, with some being "good" or "bad" for our health and each requires a different optimal level to maintain.

On today's Res-Q Healthline Show on WAEB, host Bobby Gunther Walsh and Dr. Jeffrey Shapiro break it all down and go over the numerous natural supplements Res-Q provides to help keep our cholesterol balanced.
